About the role

Support facility team and design team to manage/updated contract and create Purchase Order. Check all the payment request from supplier and prepare cost summary/analysis to business partners. Manage all the completion drawing and construction as-built documents

What you'll do

• Supplier management for documentation
• Manage maintenance/design firm contract
• Create all the procurement orders for facility and design team.
• Collect store maintenance report from Service Channel every week and combine all the cost for approval
• Check all the payment request from supplier to make sure each request is completed and amount is correct
• Work with finance team to track supplier invoice issue status to avoiding long aging payment
• Provide cost summary/analysis periodically
• Manage all the completion drawing and construction as-built documents
• Maintain square footage in Oracle system and update monthly
• Effective communication and strong support to business partners
• To support the whole team to deal with the administrative work and routine document management
• To translate document/specs when needed
• Complete other work by the higher-up delivery

Who you are

• Familiar with office software, knowing the Oracle will be a plus
• Honesty,good teamwork spirts, patience, excellent communication and responding skill
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree or above
• 1-3 years or above related experience is preferred
