Description

Enhance sales support force in order to provide more proactive supports to sales and customers 

Job Responsibilities 

1.Responsible for working with Field Sales in an assign area to provide presales technical support and generate formal quotations for customers. The ISE will continually work to stay current on PRV products, applications and industries that we serve. 

2.Frequent and open communication will take place between the ISE and their internal and external customers. 

3.The ISE will maintain proficiency in the use of the standard sales tools to ensure that customer questions and requests for quotes are provided in a timely and accurate manner. 

4.Do technical clarification with customer directly by phone, email and face to face communication. Provide the salesperson with confirmation that the technical issues were closed. 

5.When an order is received, the ISE will have responsibility to perform a technical review of customer orders to help the Order Management Team identify a matching quote or obtain the missing information to ensure a clean order is entered and the customers’ needs are fully met. 

6.As required, perform future activities that will help to enhance the relationship with the customer and continue to increase the face-time of the salesperson 

7.Complete other job assigned by Supervisor/manager. 

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree, with major in mechanical is preferred or non-technical degree with related experience. 

1.PRD product experience is a plus.

2.At least CET-4. 

3.At least 3 years related experience 

4.Occupational Health and safety acumen
