Be responsible for North regional Hotel-customers business development

Job DescriptionThe main job responsibilities include:
Responsible for sales in China North region
Develop and explore new business opportunities
Prepare budget and sales forecasting
Achieving sales goals and building good business relationship
Identify sales opportunities with new prospects and increase sales penetration with existing clients
Analyze customer and competition situations and maximize sales penetration
Complete all aspects of the sales process and project management
Manage & drive higher customer satisfactions
The ideal candidate should be
At least 5 years of solid sales experience in the hotel industry
Proven track record of successfully growing sales of amenities to hotels in China
Have strong relationship with customers
Good planning, analyzing and problem solving skills
Result-oriented, positive thinking and able to work under pressure
Pro-active, driven and persistent to achieve required outcome.
Ability to work under his / her own initiative and time management
Strong customer focus and a reputation of fast and professional follow up
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
