Job: Store Manager
Division: Retail
Report to: District Manager
Brief description:
The Store Manager is the “overall – responsible” according to the needs of his shop, thus in charge for any competency including course of action in daily business, staff-planning, turnover, handling of merchandise and visual presentation.
He also is seen as “ambassador” of our brand.
The overall-goal is to grant for the shop’s profitability by securing professional handling of our customers’ needs.
The place of employment is the relative shop.
The Store Manager directly reports to the District Manager.

Goals of activity are defined as follows:
Drive turnover dynamically
Management of the shop in terms of reaching agreed on budgets/goals
referring economical, operational and corporate needs.
Close cooperation between District manager, regional and international HQ to implementing the our retail concept on shop-level and represent our brand.
Training, motivation and development of the shop’s sales-team for optimized achievement of objectives.
Supporting teamwork and aiding positive working atmosphere

Responsabilities:
Implementation of brand value and retail concept
Control of shop – standards (quality of staff, service, visual appearance)
Communication of turnover goals and results
Implementation and keeping sustainability of action-plans /seasonal plans with reference of KPIs, agreed on with the District manager
Control and handling of the till/cashier
Efficient staff-planning
Merchandise control (stock-receipt, stock-take, shop-to-shop transfers)
Handling of returns and complaints
Keeping up and controlling service-standards (MdS)
Onboarding, development and training of (new) staff-members
Conduction of team-meetings
Feedback/appraisal of staff-members
Implementation of visual guidelines
Performing and implementing marketing and promotional activities (international/regional/local)
