MAIN TASKS:
l This position is requested the employee be able to take charge of the project mgmt. on one's own ability and accomplish independently.
l The job grade/position movement is depends on the person's all-round abilities, including but not limited to working experience, knowledge and competence in solving problems. And also have experience in complex matrix organizations with other related department. Exert an influence on extend the company core business and company value.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Act as project owner, have the initiative in project communicate with customer's project team, understandings clearly and consistently to involved in projects optimize and management. Performs the tasks including but not limited to the following:
a) Project evaluation, cost estimation and developing the best solution to satisfy customers' needs
b) Work together with internal & external resource to formulate a project implementation plan in order to address those prioritized project launch issues.
c) Organized the resource to execute the agreed action plan. Reporting, openly shares information of daily work to internal in relation to own role.
d) Arranged regular review meeting with customer's project team. Gives open constructive ideas/feedback to customer.
l Project data management and analysis, support KAM in strategic planning of the Business Development
l Supporting KAM sales effort, act as the secondary contact to customers on all commercial issues when KAM is not available.
l Partner network knowledge sharing and cooperate with QA team to frame the partner requirement and evaluating
l Collect the marketing information and building up the info. data, prospect for packaging material, product and innovation. Explore the possibilities in extend new business/service.
l Cost/price system management.
