职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a dedicated group of individuals to address customer complaints or issues related to product shipments;
2. Establish a common process and system for entering and processing all customer issues in Asia Pacific;
3. Encourage open and active communication and interaction with the customers, internal stakeholders, other Company entities, outside service providers and any other party that can resolve or add value in addressing customer concerns.
4. Work effectively with all Customer Service supervisors or managers to ensure that organization goals and strategies are being met and the Global Supply Chain organization is consistent in our handling of issues, complaints and communication;
5. Clearly define roles and responsibilities so that employees will be enthusiastic, self motivated and bring passion to the organization.
6. Encourage employee participation and training.
7. Management of Asia Pacific Customer Assistance budget to ensure can meet key objectives and goals as outlined in the Asia Pacific Customer Service goals as well as corporate and division goals as outlined by management.
8. Insist on a safe working environment and encourage employees to participate in Safety & Health related activities and provide employee training as appropriate and available.
9. Actively participate as a key member of Asia Pacific SC management team helping to develop and implement Company' s objectives and vision. Continue to look for ways to make Company successful and help our customer' s to grow their business and be profitable.
