Report to: China HR Manager

Job Context

· Lead the function of C&B in China level by providing the guidance and support to 4 sites

· Drive the C&B projects including remuneration related, data related, employee relationship related projects

· Representing China in Country C&B and bridge the information between Country and Sites

· Work as Data/System expert and lead the data quality improvement for all sites in China

· Interface of China Expatriates Management for inbound and outbound assignments
