Key Responsibilities:
- Staying within Budget;
- Making detailed control estimates;
- Time plan;
- Quality of the delivered plant;
- Safety during construction (in cooperation with the entire site safety manager):
- Hiring additional personnel to man the plant operations later and in hiring personnel to support the project team

Requirement:
- With proven previous successful experience in building a (smaller) chemicals plant in China;
- Should have proven communication and managerial skills:
- Able to lead a team and also work with other disciplines;
- Preferably should have an engineering background.
