2. Experience working in coating raw material industry or related industries is required Technial background is prefer.
3. Strategic thinker and good listener and communicator
4. Good command of English in written and oral communication

7. Understand and practice value selling
8. Good negotiation skills
9. Sound business analysis and financial skills
10. Flexible and adaptable to handle uncertainly inherent to dynamic business conditions
11. Willingness/Ability to travel up to 40% of time
