Responsibilities

1.Responsible for timely and accurate completion of garment delivery

2.Evaluate all prototypes and samples to ensure details and workmanship are correct, materials used fall within the required costing structure and all test parameters are met.

3.Daily communication between Design/Product Line Management/Sourcing offices

4.Partners with Design/Development team to research the market for innovative ideas to further grow and better the product line

5.Work intensively with factories on efficient production techniques to improve cost and productivity.

6.Negotiate costing with factory network.

7.International travel and communication/meetings with offices in Bangkok and Jakarta.

7.出差参与曼谷办公室的会议及工作交流。

Qualifications

1.Minimum of 5 years experience managing Product Development at a factory or brand.

2.Sound knowledge of garment construction, costing, fabric and manufacturing processes

3.Self-motivated and disciplined, rigorous and excellence-oriented

4.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at the same time

5.Fluent written and spoken English is required

6.able to travel oversea
