岗位职责:

1.Sourcing, developing and managing outsourcing suppliers；
2. Negotiating purchase price, work out the cost reduction plan；
3.Ensure on time delivery to meet customer needs；
4.Coordinate supplier quality management with SQE team；
5.Push and drive outsourcing supplier on quality/ cost /yield improvement activity and on time delivery；
6.As the main interface to the supply base, the individual will also be responsible for managing outsourcing supplier relationships and will be required to present material to senior management on an as needed basis.

任职资格:

1.Bachelor's degree (preferably in Mechanics/ Science / Engineering or other equivalent)；
2.Good in written English；
3.5+ years experiences in the managerial planning, purchasing, and procurement management position etc；
4. Good business /commercial sense；
5. Can work under pressure.
