Responsibilities:

Reporting to FC, GCN, you will lead Accounting and Controlling team, covering CN, HK, TW. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Timely Month-end closing, financial and management reporting, statutory filing, ensure Group and Local accounting policies & procedures are adhered to.

2. Balance sheeting controlling, with focus on working capital, Capex, inventory and AR.

3. Profit centre/cost centre controlling; proactively assist stakeholders interpret financial information, monitor budgets, and Identify key drivers of variances and recommend corrective actions.

4. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Analyze and bridge the gap between top-down and bottom-up assumptions.

5. Enhance Business Partnering to support decision-making and steering.

6. Long term planning on Total Costs and Organization.

7. Ad-hoc project that might include cost reduction initiatives, shared-services, ICS (internal control system), risk management and ERP system enhancements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum a Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration

2. Qualified CA/CPA or equivalent.

3. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years with a Big 4 audit firm, with remaining in commercial practice in a multinational environment, of which 2 years in a managerial capacity. Prior experiences in manufacturing and engineering will be a strong plus.

4. Proficient and hands-on experience in SAP, especially for FICO module.

5. Adaptable to changes; Self-motivated and self- organized.

6. Good problem solving and analytical skills; good business acumen, forward looking.

7. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and people management skills and stakeholder relations.

8. Strong command of English; with excellent presentation and communication skills.

9. 10 -20% travel within GCN region, incl. TW and HK.
