职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Work out HR training policy, procedures and other related documentation;
2 Collaborate with customers to identify functional or workcell specific training and development needs, work out Training Needs Analysis and annual training plan;
3 Select or develop testing and evaluation tools and procedures that measure the effectiveness of training and development events;
4 Plan and conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation and refresher training for some basic portions, like ESD awareness, IPC A-610C etc.;
5 Revise and update certification tests, input certification and re-certification test records into Human Resources database on a weekly basis or its equivalent in hard copies;
6 Coordinate and administer both internal and external seminar/conference/training, including education assistance and industrial training program to upgrade the skills of the people and to enhance the company's capabilities towards meeting its goals and future challenges;
7 Responsible for training logistics, keep training records and materials, maintain training facilities, and write reports pertaining to training;
8 Motivate, supervise and challenge trainers to perform their full potential, and perform budgetary control of training;
9 Facilitate and coordinate manufacturing QCC activities.
10 Identify and sort waste ; save electricity and fresh water & paper.
11 To participate in fire drill and EHS training ,etc.
12 To participate in other ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 activities.
13 Must follow EICC provision.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1 Knowledge and skills in PRE-OJT/OJT trainings, conduct training curriculum designs and training program evaluation design;
2 Good computer skill, be good at office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.;
3 Fluent English in writing and speaking with CET-4 above level;
4 Have an approachable and pleasant personality;
5 Good communication, organization and presentation skills;
6 Pro-active to the company's changes, challenges and future developments.
