Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Understand the hiring needs from hiring department, maintain and develop recruiting channels and post job advertisements;

- Search potential candidates and screen CV, provide valuable recommendation on the target candidate;

- Coach the external vendors to help them understand company culture, requirements to find suitable candidates;

- Arrange interview for hiring managers and conduct HR first round interview;

- Update and maintain recruiting data. Make sure the data and relevant recruiting report is accurate and up-to-date.

Employee Relation

- Plan, organize and implement employee engagement projects, such as annual dinner, Family Day, Festival related activities, employee caring and other local initiatives;

- Provide professional communication support and communication consult input for employee;

- Support new employee on boarding preparation and employees termination process, like exit interview, attrition rate analysis;

- Support to solve employee complaints and labor disputes.  

    

Others

- Filing all HR documents in a proper way for future tracing and audit purpose;

- Create and maintains staff information database and personnel documents;

- Other task assigned by HRBP.

    

Skills & Requirements    

Bachelor degree or above, prefer business administration, HR and related field;

Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications;

Logical thinking, organized manner and follow up habit;

Good communication skill with active and positive working style;

Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
