Responsibilitys:
1. Lead ME/IE group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives.
2. Identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.
3. Ensure products manufactured are in compliance with Jabil's customer requirements.
4. Lead ME group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations.
5. To supervise ME/IE Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT).
6. Plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
7. Read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and Environmental Manuals.
8. As a DMR, perform the job as a MR in the absence of the MR.
9. Responsible for provide manpower and finance support to ensure ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 to be implemented.
10. Control work-related incident or accidents, save energy and fresh water, sort waste and reduce waste.
11. Perform safety responsibility to supervise daily safety production and rectify EHS non-conformity.
12. Ensure all production equipment,tools .etc in good condition and avoid sick equipment & tools to be operated.

Requirements:
1. Above bachelor degree and major in engineering/mechanical. The postgraduate will be preferred
2. More than 9 years of mechanical processing working experience, and at least 4 years of ME/IE managerial experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies environment
3. Possess high quality leadership
4. Fluent English communication
