KEY ACTIVITIES

主要任务

·Identifies, creates and manages the execution of store business plan that drives KPI results, and that maximises business opportunities 确认、编制和管理可推进 KPI 结果的店铺业务计划,扩大商机。

·Evaluates and interprets store sales and payroll goals daily using key business reports and payroll tools 利用主要业务报表和薪资工具,评估和说明店铺销售情况以及薪资目标。

·Exercises independent judgement and discretion to develop business plans that drive results 独立判断和决策,制定业务发展计划推动销售业绩。

·Accountable for controllable costs 负责控制成本

·Manages all controllable expenses of store (i.e. store supply, maintenance, fixtures, phone, etc.) 管理店铺的所有可控开支(即 店铺供货、维护、装修、电话等)。

·Deliver to shrink result 实现收缩目标结果。

·Monitors competition to identify promotions, trends, and potential employees 监督员工间的有序竞争,提拔有发展方向和有潜力的员工。

·Achieve budgeted sales in line with annual budget. 根据年预算目标实现预算销售额。

·Achieves or betters budgeted expenditure in all other controllable cost lines. 达到或更好的实现所有其他可控成本方面的预算开支目标。

·Hires, trains, develops and assesses the store leadership team, and provides in the moment coaching., feedback and recognition 招聘、培训、发展和评估店铺领导团队,提供短时指导、反馈和赏识。

·Leads management team and works directly with all managerial and supervisory employees to develop their leadership and managerial skills 领导管理团队,直接与所有管理和监督员工协调工作,发展其领导和管理技能。

·Leads team members in delivering performance discipline; approves final termination decisions 领导团队成员遵守绩效纪律;审批最终解聘决定。

·Expert in store systems , policy and procedures 具备店铺系统、政策和程序方面的专业知识。

·Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence all levels of management and staff 必须具备优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧,有能力影响各级管理人员和员工。

·Ability to analyze financial data to drive results 具备分析财务数据,实现目标的能力。

·Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, will require weekends and evening shifts. Overnights may be required 能够根据工作需要适应弹性工作时间,工作时间可能包括周末和夜班。可能需要通宵工作。
