Major Responsibilities:

  

Shape and promote Hager brand in China through strategic communications tactics. Responsible for planning, maintaining and executing impactful PR & Content strategies to communicate the brand to media and customers in order to generate public awareness towards both brand and product.

  

PR & Media

  

• Develop PR plans and strategies to enhance share of voice across media platforms and drive media coverage of brand and product.

• Build and maintain targeted media lists, and relationships with key media, association & KOL.

• Write press releases and other PR copy (thought leadership materials) for local distribution.

• Pitch, schedule, organize, and execute media interviews and press events for product announcements, campaigns, media tours, speeches and other public speaking events.

• Manage product review programs for technology reviewers, influencers and bloggers.

• Media monitoring including regular monitoring management and in-depth clipping analysis on market and competitor.

            

Content Marketing

  

• Develop multiple media content for marketing communications with target audience, including copy, graphic, digital assets and video.

• Create fresh story ideas around market and industry trends that highlight brand, products, differentiators, and campaigns.

• Content generation from the ideas planning to the compilation, driving to be creative, appealing and engaging.

• Content optimization and qualification to ensure the utmost marketing effect by improving the user experience, the engagement and business conversion by considering the SEO technics.

• Smart marketing technology and tools investigation, initiation and implementation for facilitating the content pushing and reaching the target audience along with the customer journey.

• Monitoring and measuring content marketing performance, reporting the insights of performance data and driving for the continuous improvement.

            

  

  

Professional Career / Experience Requirements:

  

• Bachelor degree or above in PR, Journalism, Communication related.

• 3-5 years proven experience in public relations, content and digital marketing. Prior in-house experience at industry MNC or from PR agency working for 2b clients will be a bonus.

• Experience in managing agency, project management and execution of PR campaigns and/or initiatives.

• Experience in copywriting and editing, with samples of writing to show.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• A creative yet practical mind, and ability to multitask.

• Focusing on result & details.
