岗位职责：

1. 及时、准确接听/转接电话，如需要，记录留言并及时转达；

To answer and transfer calls in a timely and accurate manner and, if necessary, to record messages and forward them to related people in a timely manner;

  2. 接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员；

Receiving visitors and promptly and accurately notifying the interviewed personnel;

3、收发公司快递和物品，并做好登记管理以及转递工作；

Send and receive company express and articles, and record all the informations in software.

4.  负责公司订水工作，经理要求的其他工作；

 In charge of order water， and anything required by management team.

5.  协助经理们订火车票、机票，以及签证等；

Assist the management team to book train tickets, airtickets and visa...

6、完成上级主管交办的其它行政工作。

Complete other admin work assigned by superior.

Requirements要求：

1. Work experience is not required, but English should be good, spoken English fluently is necessary.

2. Can work hard, and be responsibility;

3. Skilled in computer operation and use of office system software such as office software
