Job Responsibilities

Under the supervision of our Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of rolling out marketing strategies targeting Chinese companies (manufacturers, brands, online retailers).

You will be expected to:

• Handle every aspect of managing company tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, conference and special events, including:

1. Pre-event  preparation, organization and coordination
2. Coordination  of internal and external resources;
3. Timely  communication with all parties;
4. Cost  management and system application;
5. Process control;
6. Event summary and follow-up.

• Formulate conference and exhibition proposals based on daily communication with the sales team and analysis of customer requirements;
• Manage relations with event organizers, including regular communication and partner development;
• Develop and manage content management tools.

Your Profile:

It could be you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least 3 years of marketing related experience in multi-national companies;
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written);
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills;
• Experience with social media promotion channels and techniques.

It also helps if you:

• Can write news content in Chinese and English;
• Know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Are prepared to deliver good-quality work on tight deadlines.
