Supply & Demand Management:

• Prepare and participate regular supply S&OP, raise exceptions on inventory, capacity and supply related information to the Supply S&OP participants to ensure business plan on track. Take necessary actions arising from meetings. Participate in inter-regional/functional teleconferences to bridge supply issues between sub-regions/functions, e.g. issues on product quality, material code, etc.

• Develop and implement contingency sourcing plans.

• Build scenarios of production and supply chain capabilities and limitations.

• Determine and/or execute the most effective regional or global sourcing rules.

• Assess short-term feasibility requests from all countries (where necessary).

• Identify and address supply imbalances across the network.

• Serve as a local site coordinator/planner for integration of raw materials, utilities or environmental operations at a particular location.

Stock Replenishment & Inventory Management:

• Perform replenishment plan by working with stock order team. Follow up and react to any changes. Escalate any reported issues such as delays, system errors, etc.

• Proactively monitor short term replenishment and customer order activities using Business Warehouse reports or business specific tools.

• Monitor potential stock high, stock low and stock outs and take preventive measures.

• Manage inventory levels to target expectations while ensure service level agreements.

New Product Introduction & Product Obsolescence

• Support business on new product implementation, including material master creation, production planning, product availability, etc.

• Manage product discontinuation, mitigating product obsolescence.

Data maintenance and continuous improvement:

• Ensure governance over master data maintenance in place and being followed properly

• Perform maintenance of production parameters (material masters, work centers, routings) to ensure effective planning.

• Follow best practices, procedures and governance over master data.

Others

• Maintain strong linkage with Customer Service, Demand Manager and ensure full integration with Finance and Accounting.

• Support global supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel in the business and shared services.

Required Qualifications：

• University degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics and certain sciences).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
