职位描述
We are currently representing a Fortune 500 company in IT industry to seek a Senior Unix system maintenance engineer to join its dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure consistent delivery of quality output utilizing company's processes and procedures
- Implement assigned changes following specific documentation
- Perform security related tasks against specific documentation
- Problem determination and resolution within agreed SLA
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the systems and client supported
- Perform Daily system checks against specific documentation
- Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations
- Maintain Information repository and documents
- Maintain after hours on call support for the internal account
- Other activities as directed by the leader or manger
Job Requirements
- Experience with one or more flavors of UNIX/Linux (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, etc)
- Basic computer literacy including exposure to Office tools
- Experience in a process driven environment
- Knowledge of one or more flavors of APP (Database, Websphere, SAP)
- Knowledge of enterprise storage concepts
- Ability to write/debug shell scripts
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years experience in Unix System Administration
- At least 5 years experience in Database Management
- English: Fluent
- Chinese simplified: Fluent /Cantonese: Fluent
- Certified in AIX Certified
- Certified in UX Certified System Administrator
