Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of product quality, safety and risk
- Ensure procedures and guidelines for effective risk management are developed and utilized
- Develop mutually beneficial and effective relationships with supplier
- Provide effective technical service and advice both internally and externally
- Minimise costs due to returns or rework

Requirements
- Min. 4 years experience related QA working experience in retail business, 3rd party, buying office, trading Office, or factory.
- Strong technical and testing knowledge and skill on Home & Kitchen
- Strong communication skills & good at problem solving
- Proficiency in both written / spoken English
- Understanding of Australian market will be a plus
