岗位职责:

? Report directly to the IFCE China Finance Director and work close with IFCE China National Sales GM and E-Commerce sales GM and E commerce FD
? Lead the Trade Finance team to conduct and monitor trade investment reimbursement operations in MJN China;
? Drive effective and efficient trade investment reimbursement process; Optimize reimbursement cycle and reduce risk;
? Provide finance perspective in strategic initiatives, such as new trade management model to support business development.
? As a finance expert to deal with distributors for sales discount management,
? Provide training to distributors and sales team for rade spending reimbursement requirement
? As a key BPO in Kirin process, fully involved in the system and process enhancement/optimization.
? Enhance control in trade investment and reimbursement process,
? Conduct analysis to identify high risk area and potential compliance issue.
? Drive productivity in every spending area to support business growth and maximize shareholder value
? Build good network with internal partners, including Finance, COT, TM, field Sales and etc.
? Good leadership to engage and develop team members..

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
？ Minimum 5 years experience in Finance AR & AP manager role, or audit manager from big 4 Firm, preferably from similar industry
？ Solid experience in dealing with Retailers & distributors will be prefered
？ Solid experience in trade expenses budgeting and analysis
？ Deliver results under pressure and work independently
？ Strong leadership skill to engage and influence the team and business partners/ distributors/retailers to achieve target
