主要工作职责

  

• 协助区域财务总经理组织、编制公司年度财务计划，参与制定公司的经营计划，并组织实施；

• 根据公司年度经营计划，编制本部门整体工作计划，经上级审批后监督实施；

• 协助区域财务总经理组织编制预算、决算，及时反映各项目的经营业绩，审核各类财务报表；

• 及时、准确、规范的进行财务信息披露，正确处理各种财务关系，协调财政、税务银行等相关职能部门的关系；

• 分配、指导、监督、协调财务部下属人员的业务工作，改善工作质量和服务态度；

• 协助区域财务总经理定期组织部门员工进行素质培训，加强团队建设，协调下属员工之间的工作关系，促进部门工作效率的提高，控制部门内部管理费用支出；

• 监督公司调动及离职人员，及时办好各类交接手续；

• 严格按照ISO14001执行相关政策，并传达给下属员工；

• 进行危机管理相关工作；

• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

                    

资质要求

  

• 大学本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融类相关专业，具备中级财务会计职称和注册会计师资格；

• 6-10年以上财务管理工作经验，或3-5年以上大中型房地产企业财务管理工作经验；

• 精通财务管理、资产评估、资本运营、成本会计、税法、经济法、审计、会计、会计电算化、成本管理及内部控制管理等知识，必要的商业物业知识和法律知识；

• 出色的财务分析、管理能力，及资金管理能力；

• 较强的沟通协调能力，计划、预算能力，部门管理能力；

• 具备较好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能进行日常交流，熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；

• 公正、沉稳，良好的敬业精神，有强烈的责任心，较强的保密意识。
