职位描述
主要工作职责
协助区域财务总经理组织、编制公司年度财务计划,参与制定公司的经营计划,并组织实施;
根据公司年度经营计划,编制本部门整体工作计划,经上级审批后监督实施;
协助区域财务总经理组织编制预算、决算,及时反映各项目的经营业绩,审核各类财务报表;
及时、准确、规范的进行财务信息披露,正确处理各种财务关系,协调财政、税务银行等相关职能部门的关系;
分配、指导、监督、协调财务部下属人员的业务工作,改善工作质量和服务态度;
协助区域财务总经理定期组织部门员工进行素质培训,加强团队建设,协调下属员工之间的工作关系,促进部门工作效率的提高,控制部门内部管理费用支出;
监督公司调动及离职人员,及时办好各类交接手续;
严格按照ISO14001执行相关政策,并传达给下属员工;
进行危机管理相关工作;
完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
资质要求
大学本科及以上学历,财务、会计、金融类相关专业,具备中级财务会计职称和注册会计师资格;
6-10年以上财务管理工作经验,或3-5年以上大中型房地产企业财务管理工作经验;
精通财务管理、资产评估、资本运营、成本会计、税法、经济法、审计、会计、会计电算化、成本管理及内部控制管理等知识,必要的商业物业知识和法律知识;
出色的财务分析、管理能力,及资金管理能力;
较强的沟通协调能力,计划、预算能力,部门管理能力;
具备较好的英语听、说、读、写能力,能进行日常交流,熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备;
公正、沉稳,良好的敬业精神,有强烈的责任心,较强的保密意识。
