Job Description – Compliance Officer

1. Monitor factories’ retailer ethical and technical status and assist factories with preparation for all audits.
2. Visit or communicate with factories after 3rd party audits assigned by retailers and ensure factories are making proper corrective actions;
3. Work with UK colleagues on chasing factories for audit reports, certificates and audit schedules
4. Communicate with factories for any audit issues and provide guidance and assistance when required.
5. Attend retailers’ training with factory representatives and work between factories and retainers closely to ensure factory is in compliance to retailers’ audit standard.
6. Provide necessary training to factory upon any incidents or findings
7. Other tasks required from the senior

Job Requirement:

• College Degree or above
• Good written English skills and computer skills; Good verbal English is an advance
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork;
• Good communication skills with factory;
• Thoroughness and attention to details;
• Willing to travel frequently and be able to travel at a short notice;
• Minimum 2 years experiences of ethical AND technical audit; Familiar with SMETA audit standards and/or BSCI;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High level of integrity and business ethics;
• Proactive and self-motivative
