Primary Purpose of the Position:

The Accountant will report directly to Sr. accounting manager, APAC and provide accounting treatment including intercompany, account payable, general ledger and fixed assets management. The accountant will involve the project in APAC Finance process optimization.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Accounting

• Assist daily operation in Finance Accounting Team.
• Assist Accounts Payable & Payment in ERP and Bank system.
• Assist intercompany transactions, complete intercompany reconciliation and clear intercompany difference.
• Assist APAC MDM master data including customer master, vender master and material master etc.

• Assist accounting document archiving process

Process & Project

• Involve Financial project including coordination, meeting minutes etc.
• Data clearing for vender master during project implementation
• Other job assigned by leader.

Work Health and Safety

• Keep all work areas and storage areas clean, tidy and safe
• Follow all safe working procedures and practices
• Report any hazards or maintenance requirements to the supervisor immediately
• Perform other duties as requested by leader

Selection Criteria :

Education & Qualification

• Degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience

• Major in accounting, finance or a related field

Skills and Abilities

• Major in accounting, finance or a related field
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, excel and etc.)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with Navision, SAP and or Hyperion advantageous but not essential
