岗位职责:

BASIC FUNCTIONS

？ Responsible for Treasury management
？ Responsible for risk management
？ Ad-hoc project related to treasury field


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury Management
？ Overall looking at China cash pool to ensure the liquidity for daily operation.
？ Set up cross border cash pool.
？ Conduct weekly/monthly cash flow forecast.
？ Bank relationship and facilities maintenance.
？ Bank account maintenance and signature arrangement/monitoring.
？ Bank guarantee and letter of credit issuance.
？ Handle/coordination of treasury reports, include but not limited to debt/facility report, BAD report, bank account list etc.
？ Negotiate any possible financing solutions benefits the company.
？ Manage annual dividend payment.
？ Advice proper investment tools for excess cash/cash equivalent.
？ Provide professional consulting services to BU.
？ Others assigned by the manager.

Risk Management
？ Identify the FX exposure and conduct the monthly FX forecast
？ Monitor the FX risks and place hedge according to company policy and guidance
？ Responsible for monthly FX related reports

任职资格:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
？ Minimum 3-year's solid experience in related field, previous experiences in a share service or a regional center is a plus.
？ Quick learner and willing to share knowledge and help others.
？ Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill.
？ Excellent team player and self-motivating.
？ Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
？ Be a professional, maintaining high standards and discipline in the work.
？ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
