职位描述
Key Responsibilities :
1.Develop policy and procedures and leading the team to handle the daily function correctly, timely in accordance with guidelines to perform appropriate internal control.
2.A powerful user in ERP accounting modules and ensure records are maintained in ERP in good manner in compliance with local / IFRS (Danish GAAP requirements) and fulfill month end and year end closing transaction and activities.
3.In-charge month end reporting, yearly budgeting and ad hoc analysis for senior management review and explain details when questions are raised by HQ and auditors.
4.Manage cash flow including debtors payment level and identify any potential bad debt.
5.Handle salary payment, social security contribution and income tax deduction.
6.Liaise with Headoffice and other locations in inter-company billing issues and audit procedures.
7.Review workload and working procedures, make sure best arrangement is exercised to maximize staff's capability and development opportunity.
8.Review working procedures with new methods so to improve working efficiency within department and assist other departments to achieve highest common goal.
9.Develop proactive working attitude among teammates as well as interact with other departments.
10.Partner with Management Team to establish friendly working climate and culture.
11.Maintain regular reports for Management review.
Requirements :
1.Degree in Accounting / Finance discipline, CPA or ACCA preferrably.
2.Minimum 10 year relevant experience with 4 years in management level and experience in developing a team from basic.
3.Solid experience in handling Government regulated report such as VAT, statistics as well as annual inspection / audit .
4.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle and analyse complex financial information.
5.Previous working experience in garment accessories or printing field will be an advantage.
6.Well organize and planning with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and people management skills to motivate the team for excellent performance and development .
7.Excellent network and connection with Tax Bureau & Bank .
8.Proficient in spoken and written English (CET-6 or above).
9.Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ERP system logic.
10.Compensation may be offered if candidate is under employment and change job before CNY.
11.Living in Dongguan and immediately available is preferred .
