- 领导、协调和组织好楼层经理、陈列师、和行政收银主管的工作
- 持续给每个员工做好工作反馈、工作评估
- 关注好团队工作，建立一个专业的管理团队、高效的员工团队
- 做好同区域团队、楼层经理、陈列师、和行政收银主管的沟通工作，有效信息传递，使大家有正确商业决策
