Retail Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Formulate retail strategies and sales initiatives and business development tactics for retail expansion.
- Overall responsibility for retail operations division including day-to-day operations, staffing, and promotions.
- Devise guidelines and procedures for operating retail business in a systematic way.
- Responsible for business analysis and sales reports.
- Work closely with marketing department to develop promotional events.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Quality Management, HR, Finance to achieve high operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach and train the sales teams to ensure consistent growing in skills, confidence and effectiveness in their roles.
- Monitor and maintain highest standard of customer services in all shops.
Requirements
- Have passion for life, pay attention to environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' solid experience in the retail business with at least 3 years at managerial level.
- Result oriented and with strong business and fashion sense, strong understanding of lifestyle retail market trend.
- Strategic thinking who is able to solve complex problems and set long term retail development objectives for the brand.
- Aggressive in sales target achievement, sales and service oriented.
- Independent, with strong leadership and management skills.
- High efficiency, Dynamic, Demanding, Tactful.
- High level of English verbal and written communication skills.
