Position: HR Manager, Great China

Type: Full time employee

Location: Shanghai, Nanhui Area

Area: HR/Admin department

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all aspects of employee recruitment, development, and performance management for the manufacturing and commercial organizations in Great China including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Key responsibilities:

· Work with managers to establish an environment that supports the business objectives and motivates associates through effective use of our human resources

· Proactively coach & guide managers to enhance a positive, productive environment

· Lead recruitment activities, ensuring we have the right talent in the right position

· Work with managers to ensure each associate has a meaningful talent development plan

· Oversee the implementation of human resource programs, systems & processes

· Work to consistently increase productivity & effectiveness of HR team & processes

· Ensure that staff payroll and benefits are processed correctly and efficiently

· Ensure HR data base is complete and accurate

· Ensure government compliance on all HR activities in Great China

· Counsel employees concerning work-related problems

· Take care China plant administrative team to provide facility maintenance, administration support for plant

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above

· 8+ years related experience, inclusive of managerial experience of at least 3 years

· Strong English communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and employee relations management skills

· Good understanding of labor laws of all sites
