Project Manager/Consultant - Shanghai

The Role:

The Project Manager/Consultant will join our Business Performance team reporting directly to the Managing Partner. He/she will be involved in business performance development projects as a team member or as a team leader. He/she will typically be involved in assessing client needs, structuring work-plans, communicating with clients, conducting research and personal interviews, developing and delivering solutions on individual or group level, following up and evaluating results, writing reports and delivering presentations.

Position Requirements:

At least 5 years working experience in the automotive industry at dealership or/and manufacturer side especially in sales, after-sales, customer handling and/ or performance management;

University degree, MNC experience is a strong asset;

Multi-lingual, fluent in oral and written Mandarin and English;

Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of MS Office applications;

Willing to travel within China
