职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Recruitment:
*consolidate all PM onsite project’s hiring request.
*contact related services vendors to arrange to Publish job advertisements,like 51job, Zhilian ZhaoPin..
*renew the contract with the vendors timely.
*Other HR issue and completed related work assigned by HR manager.
C&B:
*Contract review and renewal with Taiping
Confirm the name list of the beginning of the contract period
Follow up the process of the payment and invoice
*Collect the data for budget and forcast of onsite reimbursable staff and double-check the data.
*Collect and make summarize the BD bonus application form and follow up the Subsequent approval and the payment in payroll
*Collect the approved IAF for social insurance, housing fund, IIT and net pay
Upload the bank file for onsite staff and ensure the releasement
Analyse the variance of budget and forcast with actual figure
Accrual the bonus
*Invoice amount check and confirmation with Fesco.
*Submit monthly salary change format and HC executive summary
*Monthly reimbursable expense for NC onsite staff
*Monthly social insurance and IIT variance check and adjustment
Training and Development:
*Update the information list of certifications and liscences holders
*Prepare training agreement and follow up the approval process for type A staff
Compliance and Legislation:
*Collect reference check feedback, TypeC HC sign-off and summary of ethics hotline post summary
General:
*Provide data for pitching, internal/external audit
*Collect and analyse HR related date for annual performance review
*Assist with day-to-day tasks such as answering HR telephone lines, diary management, correspondence, expenses, etc
*Respond to all staff queries in a timely and professional manner, referring to in-house experts where required
*Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time
Experience & Qualifications
*University degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
*A minimum of one to three years’ experience in effective HR functions and management, including those related to attraction and retention, career planning, developing organizational culture, and exit strategies
*Experience within the real estate industry would be an advantage
