工作职责：
1.负责孤儿单的催缴和收费服务，完成公司下达的续期业绩指标。
2.负责按照公司相关服务流程协助孤儿直服单客户办理保全、理赔、投诉处理等事项。
3.负责孤儿单续收问题件的反馈及追踪、客户相关资料的收集与上交。
4.负责孤儿单的复效和退保劝阻工作。
5.完成公司交办的其他事项。

要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2. 沟通能力强，客服意识好
3. 持有效保险代理资格证
4. 熟悉电脑操作
5. 有续期服务经验优先考虑

注： 该职位属于代理人编制，一经录用，与公司签署的是保险个人代理合同
