ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Manager in the Strategy and Consulting domain, you will play a leadership role in developing strategies and operations to improve business performance and lead our clients through large scale, complex digital change.

You need to be a trusted advisor of clients’ CXOs for driving innovative digital strategies forward while also improving overall our client’s business performance. So you will be expected to lead cross-functional teams through originating, shaping and driving transformational strategies working alongside our client’s proven customer experience, technology and program management teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ambiguous and complex business problems and use research and business assessment capabilities, define the business issues, develop solutions, create business opportunities

- Play a leading role in strategy engagements, to define the requirements, discuss with clients CXOs about issues and solutions.

- Define scope and working plan in strategy consulting projects, play a PD or PM role in these projects, organize the resource and guarantee the deliver quality and timeline meet clients‘expectations, also meet financial targets of our client

- Facilitating a client’s decision-making process by overseeing and contributing to cost/benefit analysis, presenting and evaluating solution options, and driving consensus among key stakeholders

- To contribute or generate market insights and enhance the brand reputation

- To assist Director Strategy and Consulting to maintain the team morale and culture, and to coach the junior members

A minimum of 4 years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience within a leading consulting firm, minimum 1 years in leading big scale and important projects

- Experience in a transformation role, specifically in business transformation or digital strategy and operations. It is better to have a career included a leading consulting or strategy practice, start-up, industry expert, or unique combination of these three

- Have working knowledge and insights in business strategy, digital transformation, design thinking, customer journeys, data driven marketing, better to have brand and other knowledge

- Strong consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients

- A "change agent" and “Can DO” attitude, constantly pushing us and our clients to new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc.

- Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured and creative work environments
