A Leading Talent-Management Company search for OD Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Deliver/implement client projects requiring in dept knowledge in Company core technologies (e.g. selection/assessment, learning and development, organization development, and executive assessment, coaching and development).
- Provide support to sales force in sales situations requiring in-depth expertise on selection, automated system, evaluation of assessment applications.
- Provide input and thought leadership on company's products.
- Design, develop, and deliver business solutions.
- Provide integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing Company solutions.
- Assist in controlling cost and managing project profitability.
- Develop long-term business relationship with clients.
Requirements:
- Prefer candidates are around 30 years old
- Have good relevant consulting experience, or at least 3 years in-house Talent Management experience
- Experience in assessment technology solutions(work analysis, selection, testing, simulations, and assessment centers)
- Good English, especially if they can conduct English presentation will be preferred
