职位描述

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

1 Perform essential tasks to support company Integrated Business Management (IBM) process. Prepare meeting materials for monthly Greater China Consensus meeting and facilitate the meeting. Monthly track KPIs of supply chain metrics (i.e. WMAPE, bias, case fill rate).

2 Utilize all available tools to research key demand drivers by item and ensure that they are incorporated in the forecast. Work with sales marketing and customer marketing to derive impact of competitive activity, retail trends, and trade/consumer promotional plans. Document assumptions represented in the demand plan. Perform bottom-up and top-down validation of forecast. Implement timely forecast adjustments agreed by team. Track forecast performance and bias at various levels (i.e. brand, pack type, region, season, etc.) for all items. Determine root cause of forecast variances and communicate results. Be able to explain forecast performance measures and results on request. Validate all service failures attributed to inaccurate demand plans. Develop action plans for improving forecast performance and reducing bias.

3 Maintain 18 months operational forecast by item by distribution center in Demand Planning system. Understand information flow throughout demand and supply planning processes. Ensure item history adjusted appropriately to generate the best predictive statistical model (utilizing events, model parameters, etc.). Prepare weekly exception reports and make appropriate forecast adjustments. As Asst Mgr Demand Planning, responsible for bottom-up & top-down rolling sales forecast process, forecast accuracy improvement, interaction with global demand team.

4 SAP key user for master data maintenance. Planning tools (APO) key user for forecast uploading, generating statistical forecast. Work with global demand team to keep optimizing the planning tool.

5 Support development of new product forecasts. Work with marketing to develop preliminary sales projection and potential cannibalization. Perform new item set up and forecast creation for demand planning. Work with sales, marketing and customer marketing packaging, and supply planning to make sure new products launch on time.

6 Closely work with supply planning to understand production situation, inventory level and aging issue. Be able to back up the supply planner. Participate supply review meetings, communicate with sales, marketing and customer marketing about the meeting outputs.

8. Fluent in English (both oral & written). Mandarin is a must
