Job Description
- Booking according to customer requirements of Regulation
- Preparation of the shipping instruction sheet based on customer characteristics
- Sending the shipping instruction relevant parties timely
- Changing the order status on Google sheet timely
- Added command to the booking sheet
- Followed for obtaining the schedule
- Entering the schedule in the recap
- Keep timely communication and updated status with Sales department in France
- Monitoring of nearby In2log for the packing and BL draft (IN2LOG is the Forwarder)
- Billing the day of the ETD by comparing IP customer and supplier packing list
- Layout of the invoice
- Creating a PDF from the completed Excel file
Job Requirement
1. Move than 3 years working experince as Sales assistant or Commercial Specialist
2. Good Enlgish
3. Good communication skills and high sense of job responsibilities
