Purpose of Role (high level summary of why does position exists and what value it adds to the organization)

? Lead and implement site all CAPEX related activities to satisfy the business growth needs within compliance, safety, budget as well as timeline requests.  

Responsibilities (key activities and decisions for which only this role is accountable)

? Identify and collect business CAPEX needs on continuously improving site capability of safety, quality, productivity etc.  

? Lead and leverage resource to work out decent solution/design for each CAPEX request

? Responsible for entire execution of projects from the start to final acceptance. (Safety, cost, quality, time, compliance etc.)

? Take leader to do the management for site fixed assets through the whole service life.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Training (degree, training, or certification required)

? Bachelor degree or above with the major in Engineering or related.

? Excellent English skill both oral and written

Experience (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)

? At least 8 years' working experience in Manufacturing/Engineering or project management. 

Competencies (key functional, leadership, or business competencies required)

? Strong engineering background and problem solving skill 

? Good communication skills and Team-work spirit
