东莞招聘

1. 独立完成增压器的拆装工作(含外仓拆检任务)，同时完成数据收集与记录/Complete turbo disassembly and assembly Independently, meanwhile, conduct the data collect and record.
2. 熟练使用量具和三座标测量仪测量/Skilled use of Micro gauge and CMM to measure the parts
3. 按照标准流程和标准格式来完成实验后分析报告/Follow up the standard process to make FS/PTA report with global system.
4. 解释分析过程,用逻辑的方法阐明自己的观点，让客户理解/Explain analysis process and clarify self point of view with logic way to customers understanding.
5. 按照公司制定的增压器报废流程完成相关的三包件报废并及时反馈数据至财务及主管/ According to the turbocharger scrapping process established by Garrett and complete the scrapping and timely feedback the data to the finance team and FS supervisor.
6. 在使用中和使用后需保持设备仪器及周围环境的整洁Keep the area, machines and instruments clean during and after work.
7. 支持GOS：Kaizen,5S,可视化管理;作为备选能够组织每日的晨会/GOS Support: Kaizen/5S/Visual Management, as the backup support team to lead Tier meeting
8. 参与培训，完成团队领导制定的培训计划/Participate training actively to implement training program and complete the training plan made by team leader, including CMM/3D drive/Failure model
9. 具有足够的安全意识，遵守公司的安全、健康环保的方针/have enough safety awareness, comply with HSE policy strictly
10. 能够遵照团队主管的加班安排及紧急的出差拆检任务/ Be able to follow team leader's overtime schedule and urgent trip inspection task to customer side.
11. 能够遵照团队主管的要求，独立负责相关客户群的沟通并及时反馈分析报告/ Be able to follow the requirements of the team leader, be responsible for the communication of relevant customers and timely feedback analysis report for warranty .

1. 本科或者大专毕业具有五年以上装配/检验员工作经验，有相关售后服务经验更佳/Bachelor degree & Associate degree with 5 working experience on inspection/Assembly
2. 熟悉量具和测量仪器的运用/Familiar and experienced on Micro gauge & measurement instrument
3. 熟悉质量管理制度/ Familiar on ISO 16949 QMS
4. 掌握办公自动化操作/Skillful on MS
5. 较好的英语口语和书写能力/Excellent oral and written in English is plus
6. 了解增压器应用及失效更佳/Turbocharger experience & failure model is plus
