职位描述

1. Manage the human resources policies, procedures and employee handbook, ensure they are compliance with China laws and practices, recommend revision plans if needed to consistent with market trends.
2. Lead all HR related audits, and make sure whole local HR Operation are necessarily aligned with global policies, practice, including continues improvements after audits.
3. Handle field HRBP solutions which is out of existing HR operation process; Work on special employee cases like PIP, Special Leaves etc.
4. Design and continuously improve existing HR operational practices and procedures.
5. Provide training and communication on HR polices, guidelines and procedures to managers and employees.
6. Manage Celebrate, EAP, ESPP, Company Foundation, engagement survey etc. global program execution, communication and feedbacks in China.
7. Manage the internal employee communication channel like HR Online, quarterly newsletter, HR share folders, information board, etc.
8. Staff notice on company-wide HR campaign and event. Draft China HR message to employees by corporate culture and compliance needs.
9. Manage/co-work for annual dinner, especially for HR messages.
10. Manage employer branding programs in company events, like CSR, campus program, exhibition etc., maintain the necessary internal communication channel including Wechat, etc.
11. Work together with HRBP to identify key local CoE needs within C&B, L&D, ER and Staffing, working with CoE head to provide possible local solutions to business leaders; Respond to stakeholder concerns and interest as needed;
12. Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed.
