职位描述
? Design the standardized processes to support effective and efficient business processes. Work closely with 3rd partner and BPO consultant.
? Develop KPI’s to ensure established goals are met and process improvements are sustained and measurable.
? Regularly engage with the business to maintain ongoing and in-depth understanding of the business processes and any adjustments needed to meet changing business needs.
? Lead the development of recommendations to resolve the gaps in process, tools, and policies.
? Gather existing process documentation and review with process owners and the Business Process Analyst
? Define cross BU sales-related working process, including but not limited to sales order process, Trade & Brand marketing process, Discount/channel expense management process, sales demanding/market audit/after-sales service/sales administration and etc.:
-Redesign: Assess processes to determine process and tool gaps, how to reduce handoffs, rework, drive greater quality, and improve efficiency. Establish a change control mechanism with the business process owners for all changes to business processes
-Mapping: Map interdependencies and handoffs between departments. Design these for minimal handoffs and back and forth between departments.
-Documentation: Document all new processes, interdependencies and handoffs.
-Rationalization: Ensure forms/approval matrix are reviewed and recreated digitally.
-Simplification – Eliminate all duplicate forms/works/automate
-Design Smart Forms or digitize it
? Develop business case for process standardization and simplification, get approval from Promote and management team
? Works with business process owners and Business Process Analyst to identify potential reengineering opportunities to streamline.

- Process optimization in multi-national companies
- At least 5 year-experience in working in matrix organisation
? Competence Requirements
- Good process mapping and defining skills, good command of flow chart tools
- Good understanding of process optimization methodology and practice, with proven record of achieving business goals
- Good business sense to find the killing point in each process
- Open-minded and good listening skills to understand “as-is” and reasons behind before jumping to process optimisation solutions
- Strong communication skills with convincing rationale rested on facts and communicate effectively in different culture and cross-functional team.
? Able to travel in different regions across China.
? Education: Degree holder and above
? Language: Native speaker of Mandarin, good in English reading and writing
? Experience: at least 3-year experience of process optimization work and project management experience, better with commercial background
