Job Description:

-Comprehensive support for internal legal counsel, including legal secretary and administrative support

- Provide filing and record keeping assistance to the legal department

- Liaise with other departments and external parties as necessary

- Other related tasks assigned by in-house counsel from time to time

- Manage large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Requirements:

-1-3 years’ working experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

- Relatively independent judgment and dispute handling capabilities

- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality

- Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high quality work

- Highly skilled in Word and Excel spreadsheet processing

- Hardworking and willing to learn

- Proactive team player with effective interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experiences in legal practice or legal English translation

- Candidates with legal professional qualification certificate is preferred
