Job Responsibilities工作职责:

  

• Obtain customer 6M forecast and analyze demand trend ( monthly , quarterly , yearly )

• Make good relationship with customer in terms of logistics performance

• Handle customer claim regarding logistics accident.

• Receiving order from customers and inform related departments.

• Coordinating with customer about order confirmation, shipping request etc.

• Coordinating with other SGHSS teams (logistic, development, purchase, quality, production…) to fulfill

  Delivery, prototype delivery and return delivery.

• Follow up the completion of orders until invoicing. (shipment arrangement, documents preparation,

      order & delivery processing in SAP, billing & invoicing)

• Miscellaneous administration work

• Consignment stock discrepancy investigation support. 

Job Requirements工作要求

  

• Education学历: Bachelor degree in any field

• Computer skill计算机技能:  Excellence in MS Office.

• Some knowledge of EDI, ERP (SAP …) systems is an advantage
