Supply Management:

• Facility regular regional supply S&OP, raise exceptions on inventory, capacity and supply related information to the Supply S&OP participants to ensure business plan on track. Participate in inter-regional/functional teleconferences to bridge supply issues between sub-regions/functions, e.g. issues on product quality, material code and etc.
• Develop and implement contingency sourcing plans.
• Identify and address demand / supply imbalances across the network.
• Build scenarios of production and supply chain capabilities and limitations.
• Simulate scenarios of production and supply chain capabilities and limitations to improve supply & demand balancing
• Determine and/or execute the most effective regional or global sourcing rules.
• Manage significant capacity challenges across all country markets in region. Lead communication with business contacts across impacted countries with focus of long-term supply strategy.

Stock Replenishment & Inventory Management:

• Serve as a reginal inventory owner, leading reginal distribution center or warehouse strategy to manage reginal supply strategy.
• Design business supply chain model for new product or new site implementation
• Own inventory levels to target expectations while ensure service level agreements.
• Set up long term inventory target and optimize supply strategy within APAC

New Product Introduction & Product Obsolescence

• Support business on new product implementation, including material master creation, production planning, product availability, etc.
• Manage product discontinuation, mitigating product obsolescence.

Data maintenance / Reporting and continuous improvement:

• Ensure governance over master data maintenance is in place and is being followed properly
• Follow best practices, procedures, and governance over master data.
• Play key user role for ERP implementation and enhancement projects.

Others

• Maintain strong linkage with Customer Service, Demand Manager and ensure full integration with Finance and Accounting.
• Support global supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel in the business and shared services.
• Initiate and lead supply chain optimization project within the region and collaborate with other regions and global SC organization.
