Major/Key responsibilities

1. Analyze the market situation, business needs of the company and customers, systematically obtain customer feedback and experience throughout the whole loan life cycle, and translate it into strategies and executable plans

2. Sort out the customer experience mechanism, establish and formulate the supporting process within the organization

3. Develop customer relationship measurement metrics for the entire customer relationship management cycle

4. Transform customer needs into business opportunities through data analysis and innovative thinking, combined with various business scenarios and customer portraits

5. Continuously plan, monitor and improve customer experience marketing activities by cooperating with IO, OEMs, dealers and other departments

6. Continuously improve the process related to customer experience of customers and dealers, and provide consistent and excellent customer service, so as to attract repeat customers and inspire new customers

7. Establish digital customer relationship management, lead the development of corresponding systems and platforms based on the company's business situation

Team management to enable the cross-organizational and cross-team collaboration

Educational and Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration or related majors

2. More than 10 years' relevant working experience in finance/auto/Internet/retail industry

3. Rich experience in using or managing the market platform

4. Able to execute successful projects in a fast-paced environment

5. Excellent team leadership, excellent learning ability and ability to work under pressure

6. Fluent in Chinese and English
