Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1. Supervise and lead the SH_RES teams, including marketing consultancy, on-site sales and leasing functions;
2. Maintain good relationship with the developers
3. Ensure the smooth pre-sales preparation and on-site sales mandates for the above projects;
4. Attend project marketing and sales meetings, internally and with clients;
5. Provide guidance to the teams;
6. Actively explore new business opportunities in both sales and leasing sectors;
7. Establish a good inter-departmental relationship in Shanghai office;
8. Meet the budget as planned;
9. Actively explore P.R. exposure in social and traditional media;

Personal Profile:

1. Over 10 years’ experience in Shanghai residential project sales and marketing, preferably in leading position;
2. Leading university graduate;
3. Other professional qualifications an advantage
4. Proactive, energetic and willing to take on challenges
5. Working experience in leading real estate firms an advantage
