岗位职责:
- Objective & Strategy
I understand and implement the Commercial Policy & Communication Policy of Decathlon
I define the objective of Decathlon UR team internal communication project
I define Decathlon UR team internal communication strategy
- Development & Implementation
I make the internal communication development & implementation plan
I propose my insights of internal communication project according to the benchmark and user needs study
I define the most efficient and effective tools to support internal communication project, not limited to websites, wechat tools, etc
I co-work with other colleagues together to launch this project and complete all targets respect the timeline
I organize the training for UR team to implement all the contents in this internal communication system
I regularly assess the KPI & efficiency of internal communication and the effectiveness of the tool.
- Opening / Local Store Communication Support
I manage opening / local website and discover efficient medium strategy for stores
I coach stores communication strategy & implement for opening / local campaigns
I support to evaluate the ROI & KPI for each store with store team together
任职资格:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communications or Design fields
- Passionate on sports
- Good communication, customer oriented, responsible
- Attention to details is a must, flexibility, highly organized
- Ability to meet deadlines, priorities, multi-tasks
- Creative and design-oriented
- Strong project management capability
- Good command of English both in oral and written
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools as a plus
- UX design as a plus
