1. 参与制定和实施事业部年度业务发展策略，负责制定和实施本部门年度业务执行计划，部门管理；

2. 技术规划：基于事业部战略定位，制定的技术发展规划,明确事业部的技术发展思路和整体布局，并推动实施； 

3. 技术转移及新技术引进管理

4. 技术应用开发管控

5. 样板制作管控

6. 产品技术服务及技术项目管理督导

7. 计划管控：负责督导各技术组各项计划的具体执行，针对执行中异常进行分析提出反馈建议，并监督执行； 

8. 知识管理推动：组织推动搭建事业部技术研发环节的知识管理平台，督导技术主管完成（与产品资料、技术资料信息、过程表单模板、培训文档等关联）相关制度文件的编写，在评估审核后监督执行；

要求：

学历：本科或以上

专业：化学、化工及高分子相关专业

工作经验要求：10年及以上涂料开发应用相关经验

知识与技能要求

1. 熟悉涂料行业产品知识及应用技术,深入理解涂料配方；

2. 对涂料行业原材料熟悉

3. 对公司业务运作流程有深入理解；

4. 具有熟练的英语口语及书写表达能力

5. 具备3年以上团队建设和领导经验

6. 具备良好的沟通能力
