职位描述:
- 负责公司人员招聘和第三方招聘合作机构的管理
- 负责整个HR流程的管理,包括员工入职,离职,薪资福利,人员调任等
- 管理HR团队,根据当地法律法规,结合公司业务需要,对公司制度体系进行完善和优化,达到提高工作效率,提高服务水平的目的
- 管理员工关系,建立并实施有效的员工激励和福利体系,提高员工积极性和工作态度
- 对HR部门的工作效果进行阶段性分析和评估,并对管理层提出改善意见
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,5年以上外资企业人力资源管理工作经验,熟悉人力资源各大模块
- 能根据企业商务运作特点给出有针对性的HR发展及改善意见
- 有一定团队管理经验,能够带领并影响他人
- 逻辑思维及沟通能力强,有能力灵活高效的推行改善及解决问题
- 英文口语沟通流利,能适应英文工作环境
Job Description:
- Manage recruitment services to define hiring needs, get approval and fulfilled; complete the hiring procedures and assimilation of the new hires
- Manage the employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, exit, payroll administration, employee benefits, and mobility and employee movement
- Mentor and develop your HR team to administer benefits, workers compensation, and leave programs
- Provide insight and support to GM and business teams on HR related matters
- Interact with all employees to develop positive attitudes and employee engagement, Implement programs and policies in benefits, compensation and other HR areas
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the function’s processes to improve/optimize the quality of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, 5 years+ of direct supervision of human resources professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record within multiple HR disciplines most importantly business partnering, advisory, talent management, employee relations, training and development
- Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders in execution of people initiatives focused on business priorities
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships with a wide range of audiences
- Excellent English skill in both speaking and writing
